My brother and I saw the original Star Wars movie in Burlington Vt in 1977. More recently, my wife and I get to spend some time in northern Vermont because it's just ten miles south of the family cottage in Georgeville, Quebec. Of course we have toured chocolate factories, glass blowing studios, antique and country stores..... and the truck stop that serves what's reputed to be the "world's best" maple cream pie. Went to the famous ski resort Stowe ... in the summer. At Smuggler s Notch. (What would be called a "pass" in western mountains, is known as a "notch" in the eastern states.)
